So, ya'll might want to check if my hair color is brown or blonde...
because
....yesterday...I had quite the blonde moment.
I went out to run a few errands, but first I stopped by the bank (which keep in mind that the bank closes early on Saturdays), so naturally, I just used the ATM. About an hour later as I was about to make my first purchase of the day I realized....
I LEFT MY DEBIT CARD IN THE ATM.
I have never felt more awesome.
Needless to say, I canceled my card and it will be 7-10 days before I get a new one. Lets hope before Christmas though....because it will be quite the fun roadtrip back to Rexburg without having a debit card.
& the worst part...I have brown hair. So I have no excuses to being an Idiot.
(also, I love all my friends who have blonde hair)
I can't believe that Christmas is THIS week. This semester has flown by, I leave for Rexburg next Tuesday, but before getting back I will be spending New Years Eve with my best friends. I am so excited to see everyone again before we have to separate AGAIN for who knows how long.
This is also my last week working at the preschool. I won't lie when I say that 2 weeks ago I felt mentally and physically wore out and I just wanted to be done and I wanted to be able to sleep past 6am, but now...I'm a little sad. Actually maybe sad isn't the word...its a bittersweet feeling. I am so thankful for the experience of being a teacher to these precious little kids, I have fell in love with every single one of them and I know for a fact that I will miss them everyday. Heres a few things I will miss dearly about my darling little one year olds:
-Having breakfast with Brycen everyday at 7:25, it consisted of waffles or pancake, he also enjoyed rubbing all the syrup in his hair...or on my pants. Love him.
-Changing diapers every 2 hours....this is something I will EXTREMELY miss....kidding.
-Singing "If your happy and you know it". This song was pretty much always coming out of my mouth, so sorry if I ever break out into song at anytime in the future.
-Wednesdays and Fridays.
Let me explain these days and why they were my favorite besides being able to wear jeans on Fridays:)
A little boy named, Griffin.
He started coming to the school in November and I lived for the days that he was there.
Like my sister Maddie, he also has Down Syndrome.
and the minute I laid eyes on little Griffin, I knew we would be great friends. I just have a special place in my heart for kids with downs. I love LOVE love them.
Griffin made me smile

So glad we can keep in touch :) I forgot to tell you today that I thought you looked really pretty in your outfit today. I thought to myself, don't forget to compliment her, and I went and forgot, so I am making up for it now:) And I wanted to apologize for taking Griffin out of your arms so fast when I picked him up. Sometimes I start getting anxious and I don't even realize it until afterwards. I should have let him lay with you longer, I know he will miss you! Good luck back at school! And I will see you this Sunday!
